If you host quarterly or annual meetings, our unique Grand Price Lock offer allows you to create budget stability while making planning a breeze. When you contract your midweek events simultaneously, you’ll pay the same rate for guest rooms and meetings rooms for all of them—for up to three consecutive years. 

• Your initial deposit will be based on the first booking date; the second deposit for your first booking will be due 60 days before arrival. The first and second deposits for your other bookings will be due 365 and 60 days before your group’s arrival, respectively.  
• Dates must be comparable (midweek and no holiday dates).
